Proven track record in project management for the volutary sector, include working with socially isolated people and a more recent project for women. This experience gave invaluable insight into suffering caused by feelings of isolation, mother’s and father’s devoted to their families but yearn for outside stimulation, women whose partners may work away all week, or others who may lack the confidence they need to take on a new role in their own lives. Annette has extensive experience in working with individuals ranging in age from 18-70. Coaching enables them to focus on the areas in life they want to improve. For some it was a change in career or perhaps building on a business they already had, for others it was relationships and family.
Annette works with many whose lives had been changed due to the menopause, for what could have been a liberating time in their lives, a time for new challenges, it had turned into something to be feared and fought against. Women now successfully learn to accept this natural part of life and are able to live it to the full.
Annette has had the great pleasure to spend over four years Mentoring & Coaching clients within The Ministry of Justice. This in itself has been both a challenging & rewarding experience.
